IKV International Education Program (IEP) starts on 13 March 2017
Learning experience for foreign young professionals and future expats in a diverse and multinational environment
The IKV International Education Program (IEP) is developed by an initiative of IKV association members. The aim of this program is to accomplish the requirements of a medium-sized company in the plastics industry by qualifying engineers on a global scale. Companies interested in this program can enroll their employees until 31 December 2016. The advantages are perfectly obvious: Fast and efficient education for job starters in a highly qualified way in the field of plastics technology and intercultural competences.
The IEP is organised in a bidirectional way with regard to its internationalisation. It is addressed to Foreign Young Professionals from abroad and Future Expats – German job starters, which have to be prepared for their working life in a foreign country. Together with the support of the RWTH Aachen University and other external partners, the IKV International Education Program gives young engineers the opportunity of excellent additional qualifications for the global plastics industry. Besides, the work as guest scientist at the Institute of Plastics Processing, the program offers further modules, i.e. an intercultural training and methodical competences. The advantages for companies are perfectly obvious: Fast and efficient education for job starters in a highly qualified way.
