The booking of the exhibition stand includes a free ticket which entitles the holder to attend the lecture programme. If you need additional stand personnel, extra tickets must be ordered. These will be charged at 170 € per person and day.

The free ticket and the ticket for stand personnel are also valid for the opening of the exhibition with get-together on Tuesday, 27 February 2024 from 5.30 p.m. onwards.

These tickets are not valid for the "Beer Colloquium" on Wednesday, 28 February 2024. Additional tickets for the Beer Colloquium can be booked at a price of 85,00 € plus VAT.

Our services

We offer ﬂoor spaces with a minimum of 6 m² in the Eurogress Aachen. A professional trade fair constructor supports us with the exhibition's organisation.

The stand fee will include the following services free of charge:

One free ticket for attending all specialist lectures of the Colloquium with a stand space of over to 15 m² (as of 16 m²: two free tickets)
Exhibitors’ catalogue with a brief proﬁle of your company and product lists < Presentation of exhibitors on the IKV website
Announcement of the colloquium and exhibition in the trade press
Description of your products and services in the PLASTVERARBEITER
Get-together on the eve of the Colloquium with ofﬁcial opening of the exhibition by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Christian Hopmann
