Teilnahmegebühr:
Die Teilnahmegebühr beinhaltet die Tagungsunterlagen, Getränke, Mittagessen sowie die Teilnahme an der Institutsbesichtigung und dem Abendessen, sofern angeboten (Catering ist mehrwertsteuerpflichtig). Gedruckte Tagungsunterlagen werden zu Beginn der Tagung ausgehändigt. Bank- und Überweisungsgebühren gehen zu Lasten der Teilnehmer.
Die Teilnahme an der digitalen Veranstaltungsreihe "IKV.Impulse" ist kostenlos.
Für die Veranstaltung Internationales Kolloquium Kunststofftechnik gilt: das Tagungshandbuch wird angemeldeten Teilnehmern in gedruckter Version sowie als Download zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Teilnahme an der Abendveranstaltung (Bierkolloquium) ist optional und erfordert eine kostenpflichtige Buchung.
Für das International Symposium on Plastics Technology gilt: Wenn Sie noch kein Mitglied der PPS sind, wird eine einjährige, automatisch endende Mitgliedschaft in der PPS fällig. Mitglieder der IKV-Fördervereinigung müssen keine Mitgliedschaft in der PPS abschließen. Die Gebühr für die jeweilige PPS-Mitgliedschaft wird Ihnen von der PPS separat in Rechnung gestellt.
Absagen:
Etwaige Absagen richten Sie bitte schriftlich an das IKV. Erfolgt die Absage bis 14 Tage vor der Veranstaltung erstatten wir die eingezahlte Summe abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 70,- €. Bei Abmeldung nach dieser Frist ist die volle Teilnahmegebühr zu zahlen. In diesem Fall senden wir Ihnen die Tagungsunterlagen zu. Das IKV behält sich vor, die Veranstaltung auch kurzfristig abzusagen. In diesem Fall werden die Teilnahmegebühren in voller Höhe erstattet. Darüber hinausgehende Verpflichtungen geht das Institut nicht ein.

Gemäß Bundesdatenschutzgesetz machen wir Sie gerne darauf aufmerksam, dass wir Ihre Anschrift in einer Datei speichern und in automatischen Verfahren verarbeiten. Die im Anmeldeformular gemachten Angaben werden im Teilnehmerverzeichnis der Veranstaltung veröffentlicht.

Participation fee:
The registration fee includes conference materials, beverages, lunch, and participation in the Institute tour and dinner, if offered (catering is subject to VAT). Printed conference documents will be handed out at the beginning of the conference. Bank and transfer fees will be charged to the participants.
Participation in the digital event series "IKV.Impulse" is free of charge.
For the event International Colloquium on Plastics Technology the following applies: the conference manual will be made available to registered participants in printed version as well as download. The access data for downloading the conference contributions will be communicated to the participants in the conference proceedings. Participation in the evening event (Beer Colloquium) is optional and requires a paid booking.
For the International Symposium on Plastics Technology, if you are not already a member of the PPS, a one-year membership in the PPS, which automatically ends, is due. Members of the IKV Sponsors' Association are not required to take out a membership in the PPS. You will be billed separately by PPS for the applicable PPS membership fee.
Cancellations:
Please address any cancellations in writing to the IKV. If the cancellation is made up to 14 days before the event, we will refund the amount paid minus a handling fee of 70,- €. In case of cancellation after this deadline, the full participation fee must be paid. In this case we will send you the conference documents. The IKV reserves the right to cancel the event even at short notice. In this case, the participation fees will be refunded in full. The institute does not enter into any obligations beyond this.
Data protection information:
In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act, we are pleased to inform you that we store your address in a file and process it in automatic procedures. The information provided in the registration form will be published in the list of participants of the event.
